My major complaint is the bulkiness.There is no way getting around that issue. I just find it very uncomfortable. I also don't like the crinkly noise it makes. My husband hates this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start with these are bulky. That being said they are absorbent for over night use. There was no leakage for wearing for 6 hours. I could see this being useful for someone that may have a heavy flow but for me they are a bit too much.

I ordered these from Sam's because I thought they'd be similar to the Always Discreet pads that I use. The absorbancy is not as good. Left with feeling moist. The odor from used ones is annoying. I can't leave them in the trash because of the urine odor. I don't have that with the Always brand. As soon as I use up these pads, I'll return to the Always brand. You get what you pay for.
