I can wear my regular panties with the Member's Mark Pad and I don't have to worry about accidents. This pad has a wide back that will catch even the biggest leaks. About all overnight underwear that I've tried has made me sweat because the panty part is made of some kind of plastic.

Some times when traveling I cannot locate a restroom at the exact time I need to go. A little or a lot of bladder leakage may happen. These protect my clothing but also protect my skin. No leaking through my clothes and keeps my skin dry. I really like the way they design these and they are thick but comfortable. Each one comes in it's only little pouch and that keeps them clean and discreet in my handbag. The pouch also serves as a convenient way to trash. So whether you need overnight protection or travel protection like me, or any time of day protection, these are a great choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a skeptic when it comes to any form of femine proction, I love that these are cotten and hypoallergeic, for a first time user since I have a light bladder leakage problem, there was no bunching up at all,great odor control, no touching of the skin which could cause irration, they where comfortable and felt like I had no pad on at all. The pads where securely kept in place with the adhesive. I felt safe and secure while sleeping and woke up with a dry bed and undergarments.

Due to the size, it is definitely an over night fit rather than a day time option. I could pour 5 shots of water into it without it leaking, so it is definitely a trustworthy pad. I find that they are extremely comfortable to wear and are not bulky. They fit perfect on my underwear and stay in place during the course of the night. I am extremely happy with these during the night and would recommend them because of the comfort and control that they have. They are very comfortable and fit the entire length of the panty. I do like the ease of placing them on and that they do not slip or move through the night.
