When i tried these there were not any leaks. I love that I do not have to change my sheets every day. Great product.

I ordered these from Sam's because I thought they'd be similar to the Always Discreet pads that I use. The absorbancy is not as good. Left with feeling moist. The odor from used ones is annoying. I can't leave them in the trash because of the urine odor. I don't have that with the Always brand. As soon as I use up these pads, I'll return to the Always brand. You get what you pay for.

They fit perfectly on my panties as long as the gusset is fairly large. The Overnight Pad secures with the adhesive and do not slide. They cover the backside good, for added protection. I use them while going shopping or house work etc. and do not even feel the pad --- very comfortable. The absorbing wicks everything away, and works fine. Great for when sleeping as advertised. Next morning woke up dry and secure. I have read that there is a deodorant and that is a help, seems to work ok. I personally use for light leakage, and they are great for that. I recommend these pads definitely for light to moderate leakage. Thank you Member's Mark for a great product.
