These are the best for heavy usage I have ever used. For day use, I turn them, back in the front. very absorbent.

I count on Sam's Club for carrying these pads. The cost is great and the pads are as good as Top Brand. They are comfortable and meet my needs.

Had to buy these because the regular sams club brand was out of stock. Wish these had wings or something that would make them not leak on the sides.

Great product. I was happy to see that they were once again packaged in lots that I can handle. The last box had huge packages that my 80-year-old hands had difficulty with.

At 82, these pads are fantastic and I use them not only at night, but during the day as well. They work as well as other more expensive incontinent pads and are much more economical. I am grateful they are available at such a great value.

Very disappointed in the pads. The leakage went through the pad, underwear and clothing, very embarrassing after only a few hours, woke up wet. If made shorter, with more padding in the middle, it would be more reliable.

Right for the price. They work, and turning the pad backwards (widest part front) is helpful. Absorbent but does not keep you dry as well as the leading brand.

Adhesive is too wide, it is frequently hard to get it only on underwear so it doesn't stick to your leg. Also is slower to absorb than some other pads.
