I have tried so many incontinent products but none compare to this product. I have found others interiors clump into balls the size of golf balls. When I am incontinent, Sam’s Club product remains in tact and no urine passes through.

I am constantly on the lookout for a pad that is more affordable. I love Always Discreet but they’re costly. In an attempt to find something comparable, I had to sacrifice comfort and discretion for thriftiness. They’re made well and reasonably priced but so, so bulky.

I bought this item for my mother in law since she had been buying another brand for a higher price and we thought well let's see if it will work. It sure did. Excellent product and the quality is even better than name brand. Will continue buying this product.

These are the best for myself and cost is so much less compared to “name brands”. Peace of mind, free delivery with Plus Membership what more can you ask for? These are the most “absorbent” and prevent leaks etc. and if needing more immediate protection from sudden heavy leaks it’s the best. A bit longer/wider and thicker but works.

The pad falls apart and the absorbent beads end up all over the place. This pad type looks like the older version. They had one after this that was way better. That version unwrapped in one piece. The outer wrapper was attached to the paper that covered the adhesive part. Don’t know why they went back to the older style. There was nothing wrong with the newer one.

The product is just fine. the boxes were delivered by FedEx to my basement door, which i never use. They stayed out in the weather several days. There is a sign on my storm door that clearly says take to my front door, which they did NOT do. The boxes got very wet because of weather & it was very difficult to get inside.

Items were purchased on line for home delivery. The online ordering process was simple to use. I was sent a tracking number so that I could see where the items were during shipping. My order arrived at the expected time and included all of the items.

I had these before but went back to the ultimate regular pads. Then decided maybe these would give better protection. They had gotten worse since my other purchase. The long design s great but the center is so thin they leak at the sides. I am going through these quicker and more clothes changes. Disappointing sp trying some others again.

I had purchased these before and they were ok but this last package leaks out the sides and doesn't wick at all so the leakage is all in the narrowest part and never travels to the front or back. A real waste, the #6 are much much better for absorbency and zero leakage. Wish i could exchange for #6

They get too narrow in the middle. Have over flow at that point
