These are by far the best adult briefs. The material is more substantial and less likely to tear. The tabs are longer making it much easier to close properly without cutting or binding.

Quality of strap has decreased. Many times I have to use tape to keep the diaper closed because the sides rip. I hope Sam’s will return to the previous type of fastening the diaper.

These work great for my son who is 11. He is 5' 1" and weighs 106. I got the size Medium and they fit perfectly. They really hold the wetness all night with very rare leak through.

The tabs are not as secure as they need to be, in my opinion. Therefore, I am only using them for overnight purposes. They are too bulky for daytime wear again, in my opinion.

I have been purchasing the XXL briefs for my husband. He has lost weight and I ordered the XL. I did not receive what was advertised on the site. They were thin, ripped easily and had the two tabs per side vs. the one longer strip which is easier for me to work with. I will be returning them. Hopefully, the XXL have not changed because they are the best that I have found.

I actually preferred two separate tabs on each side which helps them to fit better but they do protect her clothes, furniture and things much better than most I have purchased and I will continue to buy these. Love the free shipping over purchasing them at the store.

We had been buying the XXL briefs even though they were a little too big, it gave room for catheters etc. we liked the long tab to fasten the briefs These have been out of stock now for a few weeks. We had to downsize. The XL does fit, but it’s not very forgiving. He has to be positioned just right in order for the brief to fit properly. We can manage that. We do not like that there is 2 tabs to fasten on each side. Why are they different than the xxl ones? With that said, we have tried other briefs and none of them compare to these.

I’m not sure what the one star reviews are for. I love these, for whatever reason they do the best for overnight that I’ve tried. The one thing I wish was different would be the tabs, I’ve found myself sometimes ripping them while trying to place them. But having dealt with about four different types of adult diapers up to this point these are by far my favorite.

I didn't realize from looking at the picture on the package that you had to be on a bed lying down on top of these and folding them up around you or whom ever you are helping, like a diaper, so they are not at all what I was looking for. I will offer the other 3 packages that came in the box to the Silver Key.

Bought for disable 76 year old woman. Not usual brief adult diaper Sams club usually has in stock. They have tabs on side. Do Not hold diaper place & leaks. This IS NOT a brief. They are tape on diapers. Hope they get the Actual Briefs back in stock. Taking them back. Using one was enough!!!
