The tabs on the large are wide. The tabs on the xl are 2 small tabs and tear every time I change mom. Lately the absorbency is bad. At first they were pretty good. Maybe she is just going to the restroom more? That still does not excuse the tabs ripping off. I am going to try the xxl and hope those are not too big. It looks like they have the 1 large tab. I repurchased large due to the tabs. But, they are just too small. Fingers crossed.

The tabs are horrible they have changed them.. i have never had so much trouble opening them .. I use these on a 35 year old bed bound man. Please fix . Waste alot because the tabs tear off and will not open very aggravating when you have someone turn on thier side ..

Then we found these. She said they were almost just like putting on a pair of underwear. She says they are not big and bulky so people can see them under her clothes and the fit is perfect. She is no longer having to change clothes 3 or 4 times a day. This is huge for her because she was having skin breakdown from sitting in the urine because she wouldn't use any type of protection. Now she is using these correctly and we couldn't be happier and so is she. She is starting to have a little self confidence again and will go places again with me which she previously wouldn't do because she was afraid she would have an accident. She tried them, nothing that they were a bit larger in size for being unisex but very absorbent. They didn’t irritate her skin like other brands have, but she didn’t like how bulky they felt under her clothes.

I found these to be very absorbent and the fasteners were reliable. They stayed closed throughout the night despite the fact that he moves a lot during the night. He doesn’t hesitate to complain if something is uncomfortable but he had no issues wearing these each evening. I’m pleased and will be using these pants in the future!

The women's ones are always too big and slide off of her for some reason, no matter what size I buy. Super happy with these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normal size is a M, used on a male . These absorb great. No complaints about them being uncomfortable at all. We do use an extra insert at nighttime, and the double protection ensures no sheet changing .
