I need these for an adult who cannot stand. She weighs 72lbs. The medium sized diapers/briefs fit her fine. They do the job better than any other kind I have tried. They hold up. I have to say I liked them better when they had the 2 tabs instead of one long one, but I still love these adult diapers. I have been using them for years.

My husband uses these. He likes the absorbing , comfort but they run small. I ordered a box but we are unable to use, too tight. He is in a wheelchair and they cut into him 9n the sides and make sours. I would suggest to order the next size up if on the boarder.

Years ago I was an avid buyer of these briefs, then they changed to a different style. The old ones had the individual tabs and worked great! I recently found a bag at Goodwill and thought wow, they FINALLY changed back. I now read the reviews only to find the same complaints, telling me Sam's did NOT go back to the old style. Too bad, as I "almost" pulled the trigger of buying a box........

This product is much improved over the other Member's Mark diaper. The elastic side panels are great with the velcro strips. The older design of the velcro strip kept pulling off so I had to staple them on each time. If you fasten the new design velcro strips to the outer edge of the elastic panels, you can pull them up like panties and then tighten the velcro strips to snug them up.. I also have to use the Nigh Time pads with the diaper for added protection at night. My wife has the bladder of a camel...Very few leaks at night with this combo.

I like the elastic velcro tabs. It's a great improvement for my adult child that urinates excessively. This product does well for my son and prevents leaking 7 out of 10 times verses the beief with the 4 separate tabs which would leak at every unrination

These tabs would be great for a mannequin who does not bend. I been caregiver for sometime now and other caregivers also agree most like the narrow tabs instead of a single long tab. The grip on these tabs is poor and yellow masking tape I have sometime used to secured the brief. The absorbent and over all design is good. Don't think I'll be purchasing any more even though the price is good.

So what size are these really? Medium package says they fit up to a 48" waist. That's at least 10 inches too high, probably 12. Then they also list a weight range. Weight, really. The weight range seems to have little correlation to waist size; and why would someone who is 6'6" and weighs the same as someone who is 5'2" where the same size? I couldn't get the first pair I tried around my 39" waist before the 1" stretch tab broke. More care and caution with the second pair got them just barely velcored -- until I moved and both sides came loose. Might they be OK if you can find the right size? Well, I don't know. They are certainly pouffy enough. not sure if the side seals would actually seal.

The last two orders of these diapers have been horrible. They made them thinner and cheaper I compare them to another one I had from a previous order and yes the pad is way thinner and not long enough and the tabs suck. I will be looking for something better, please don’t waste your money.

We have maintained our membership because these were the only diapers that fit our 39 year old daughter with severe/profound cerebral palsy. She is very small for her age, less than 60 lbs, however, her body is contorted due to severe scoliosis. The 2 tabs helped fit the briefs more efficiently to her body shape. These with 1 long tab on either side doesn't work well because they're too long causing them to irritate her skin and there's no room for adjustments for a good fit. I already have to fold in the top part of the brief for a better fit. We miss the 2 tab briefs, but I'd still recommend them because there's really no alternative.

These are a great product! They are very absorbent and very rarely leak. The tabs are soft (not poky and scratchy for delicate skin), hold very well, and are able to be refastened multiple times. I recommend these over the Members Mark Briefs for Men and Women. They are an extremely similar product, but the tabs on those are very stiff plastic with sharp edges that are quite uncomfortable and actually can break open delicate skin.
