I didn’t break any trying to get the perfect fit because they stretch! So they fit perfectly and they are comfortable as well. They also come with the dry fit feature that keeps you feeling comfortable and dry throughout the day when your wet. with these briefs you can be comfortable and, confident about being incontinent!

Been wearing these for last 2 years 24/7 by choice, great asborabency, dependable for the most part, love the diaper form. For the price , u wont find as is or better quality for this price, however id rather buy in store , kinda mad its online only , when they get shipped its as is, no discretion what so ever, so embarrassing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my grandma for discreet protection. They fit well and are comfortable. They absorb quite a large amount of fluids. We use these in conjunction with the underpads when she needs a little extra protection.

The tabs are horrible they have changed them.. i have never had so much trouble opening them .. I use these on a 35 year old bed bound man. Please fix . Waste alot because the tabs tear off and will not open very aggravating when you have someone turn on thier side ..

I would recommend these as they are absorbent and the sides hold up really well with a little elastic making it comfortable.I use these daily ,it doesn't leave a rash, clean up is easy much better than the tabbed diaper and he doesn't feel like it is a diaper he thinks they are a new protection underwear. they work the sane as the underwear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has Autism and still has accidents nearly every night. I gave these a try since the kids kind still routinely leak due to his size. I found these to be very absorbent and the fasteners were reliable. They stayed closed throughout the night despite the fact that he moves a lot during the night. He doesn’t hesitate to complain if something is uncomfortable but he had no issues wearing these each evening. I’m pleased and will be using these pants in the future!

I like the velcro tabs because you can always adjust the fit according to what you are doing. The material is soft and breathes. It gives you the freedom to move without having to worry about leaks. No perfumes or phony scents to cause irritation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit well, being adjustable it is easy to fine tune until they are comfortable and fit properly without bulging out anywhere or pinching. They are very absorbent and do not leak, one lasts through the night, or a very long car ride. Odor control is really good, you wont notice any hints of scent.

Sole caregiver for a family member who is a very tiny person and recently had a stroke. The elastic in any diaper bothers her terribly & leaves big red marks. Since I am not able to find the "flat" diapers (old fashioned which do not have any elastic - previously able to get them at Sams several years ago for another family member), these have been the very best I've tried so far. They are a bit more expensive than several others I've tried, but less than other big brands & these are worth it. I do have to cut the elastic out, but these are easy to do that & I have found these to keep the moisture away from her skin much better than any other. The mediums are pretty big for a very tiny (4' 11" 92 or so lb) person, but to keep the moisture away from fragile skin, and having to cut the elastic away, these do a great job. I'm especially glad to have these to use overnight. I'm sure this would not apply for most folks, but I do have to cut the long velcro tab in half to make the diaper fit better - on half straight across & the top half pulled down a bit at an angle to keep it better in place on her little waist. Also, probably won't apply to most, but I appreciate the ability to tear the velcro tab away from the diaper when doing overnight/sound asleep changes - this is so that it doesn't catch on her skin during a change. It is really uncomfortable for tiny people to have to wear something so bulky, but we've managed to make this work well overnight.
