Theses diapers are remarkable, they are very easy to adjust to get a fit that just right, and also the price is right.

The older design was better. This newer design rips, tears, and breaks, nor or they as absorbent. Company was clearly not thinking about the consumer or the caregivers.

I have used these for over 2 years for my mom and totally love them. They are great for overnight and other times. The adjustable tabs make then fit great. They dont get hot like other brands do.

I did like these before. Now they have changed in absorbency and the tabs. They leak more, leave marks on the skin. The new tabs do not stay in place and rip easily.

I liked the extra protection I experienced, but they were a little lose on me. I believe they would have fit a man more better than a woman. Having used Member's Mark briefs for my daughter, now 27 years old, for over a decade, I too was a bit bothered by the new tab design a year or so ago. However, we adjusted to it and this is still the best brief on the market that I've seen in terms of reliability, comfort and ease of use. Honestly, as my daughter's primary caregiver I can say these undergarments are a godsend. They are not any sort of plastic that I would recognize, and we can only hope that the ton of them that we send to the landfill annually decomposes better than plastic. It would be great to be told that their production is also generally less environmentally horrible while maintaining their superior integrity. There are tens if not hundreds of thousands of people like us in similar difficult situations who absolutely rely on these mundane unmentionable things for our very freedom. Thank you so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've tried many brand names with no luck. We love how the waistband is adjustable. The tabs actually stick all day long which other brands cant say the same. The soft absorbing center of these are amazing. No problems so far.

I do not understand negative reviews, I use them for my husband and they stick really well and are very absorbent. I would recommend going by weight and not waist size when ordering. I would rather have plenty of wrap around material. I tried the smaller size and although the waisr size is well withiin the limits. they were harder to get on.
