Defective Briefs

One side of the briefs had a seam that was not totally closed on almost 90 percent of them. We closed it with duct tape so that she wouldn't be soaked in the morning. This is the first time we've had a problem with these.

Please go back to the old ones.

These new ones belong in the trash before they are used. I have to change my grandfather who is bedridden and these leak almost every night. He also has been developing a rash from the new ones. These were amazing diapers before but now the reviews keep going down. I can see why. Please go back to the 4 strip.

Poor quality. Tabs tear easily.

So dissatisfied. I do not like the one large velcro tab on each side It is difficult to open while sitting, then sticks to everything except where you want it. The two tabs on each side worked great. For some reason these are no longer available in large size and the mediums, which used to work fine, now seem smaller. Also, these tear easily. One slight tug and off comes the whole tab.

I don't recommend these.

Pure junk. I bought the medium 1st and they were way too small. The tabs wouldn't stick. I had to use tape to hold them on. According to the size chart, the medium should fit. I went ahead and bought the large thinking that would solve my problem. Nope. It was worse. They are way too large. The tabs don't stick on the large either. I shouldn't have to use tape to secure them.

Poor Quality

These have been changed and I order them because they are the only ones I can find that are actually true to size and I only find the 48ct on line. The problem is that the quality is getting worst with each order. The padding inside is choppy and the side flaps are extremely fragile and transparent. It would be nice if someone was actually listening to your customers comments. Some things don't need to be changed.

Hi Theresa, so sorry for this experience. We actually make two style briefs. The one you are describing and another style with more stretchy tabs. The item number for the Medium is 980002018, the item number for the large is 980002005 . Hope this helps.

NOT BREIFS...DIAPERS

I would give zero stars if I could. These aren't briefs. They are diapers that someone would have to put on you. The definition of brief is " type of short, form-fitting underwear" and these don't fit that description at all. I was very annoyed when we opened a package of them.

Member Marks briefs

My husband is also totally disabled. We go through about 3+ cases in a month. This new design is no good. The tabs come undone to easily. It causes a lot more work on me. I'm his 24 hour a day caregiver. I wouldn't recommend this product to no one. I will be looking for something better. This is the second time you changed the design. It didn't work the other time. What makes you think it will work this time?

We are sorry to hear of the challenges with the new fastening system. Being a caregiver, we understand ease of use is of utmost importance to you. We'd like to make a few recommendations that may help provide a more secure fit in the future. As you unfold and expand the wing, use your opposite hand to grab in between the two patches towards the center of the product (Note the fasteners will no longer extend off the side panel). Then secure the fit by gently pressings the outside of each fastener and rubbing in a circular motion to secure. By rubbing in a circular motion you are helping engage the hooks on the blue patch with the front of the brief. After engaging the fasteners lightly tug the panel back towards you hip to ensure the fasteners are fully engaged. Problems with closures

I've purchased member's for mark diapers for 4 years for my loved one. Changes have been made to the closure that aren't good. The long single tab isn't as good as the 2 tab type. Also, there is a problem with the manufacturing. As you open up the tab to affix it to the front of the diaper, fibers from the diaper pull away and make it difficult for the tab to ahere to the front of the diaper. So, the diaper comes off unless I apply tape of some kind around the whole waistband of the diaper.
