We would always buy the daily chef brand buttermilk pancakes mix which was delicious. Then Sam's switched to the members mark's brand with the deceptive note "same great taste." Unfortunately the members mark kind is terrible. It is super sweet and tastes nothing like the daily chef.

Our favorite pre-made pancake mix is Krusteaz (which our Sam's, sadly, no longer carries). We settled for the Daily Chef pancake mix. It's pretty average. My boys liked it well enough so we stuck with it. Now the local Sam's has replaced the Daily Chef mix with a Maker's Mark version. This Member's Mark stuff is terrible. It seriously smells and tastes like bad cupcake batter. Please go back to the drawing board on your efforts to replace Krusteaz pancake mix with a store label version.

This mix is always in our pantry. It is very versatile and so easy to make. It has a great taste. We like to add our own variations like chocolate chips or cinnamon and they come out great every time. We use this for waffles and pancakes and you can't beat the price!

Of all and any pancake mixes, this is the best. This time I bought 2 bags. I make waffles and pancakes, and my family loves them. The aroma of the mixture goes through the house, and they know what I'm making. Will always buy this product again from Sams.

Best pancake/waffle mix around. We eat this regularly.
