First thought after I added the water: that smells weird. It was super sweet and not at all like pancakes. My husband said they tasted like a rubber mat. They just had a strange texture, smell and taste. Like they added too much sugar and vanilla flavoring. They just didn’t have a good pancake flavor. I hardly ever write reviews but this was a definite flop. I actually returned it to the store. They need to reformulate this product.

First time trying this but not upset about it!

I have not tried this item yet.

This mix is great! We never make it with water so they taste extra good! Love it!

Very convenient and we usually receive our orders within a couple of days.

I make pancakes for my husband on weekends. He likes them, that’s all that matters.

So creamy, flavourful and easy to prepare. Great for large family. I just love this mix

I bought this fir the 1st time. Because I needed a lot.

Can't beat this value for such a good product!

unfortunately this does not even taste good, doesn't rise at all and doesn't brown
