Nowhere on Sam's club site does it show that this is a gmo bioengineerd food product. Wouldn't have bought it if I'd known that. Cannot eat this stuff, causes digestive issues 😫

Best pancakes I've ever had!!! Smells and tastes like white cake. Added sprinkles and it was like funfetti pancakes!! Whole family loved them....kids ate more pancakes than I've ever seen them eat, even the toddler ate two 3-inch pancakes when she usually only eats 1/2

I see a lot of people says it taste like cake. Yes that's on low settings or light brown. You have to use high heat setting dark brown cooked pancakes or aka hotcakes. I figured out why they made this mix sweet was to cook on high heat 400 degrees and the vanilla sugars burn off. All pancakes loose taste when cooked dark or burned with standard mixes. These cook perfect dark. I was skeptical at first and complained then figured out the secret. Please pass it on.

This pancake mix is complete… justa add water which makes it ideal for the kids living in my home. They ALWAYS want pancakes! The price is unbeatable and the quality and taste are great. It’s the first item i head toward whenever I go to Sams Club. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been using this product for six years and I have never had any issues with it. Seems to me these people that have given it a one star rating need to learn how to cook and follow directions. They are simple and it makes the product very good With wonderful results. I have use this making pancakes and I have also used it making waffles it is a fabulous product.

I certainly liked the Krusteaz version Sam?s used to carry but we really like these as well. The hint of vanilla is tasty and our toddler loves them. I would recommend using a little more water than the mix calls for as they are super thick otherwise. Great to use for waffles as well!

I don't know why the bad reviews. We used to get the Krustez mix bit now it's not in the store so we switched to this. Note I don't mix this as per directions, I add eggs and ground flax seed to give a nutrition boost and it tastes great. My kids say they're the best!

We've used this to make pancakes, waffles, and crepes. And in call cases we love this stuff. I agree it has a stronger vanilla or cake flavor to it, but that's why we love it. It doesn't taste like cheap flour, it tastes like delicious pancake batter. You also can't beat this price.

First thought after I added the water: that smells weird. It was super sweet and not at all like pancakes. My husband said they tasted like a rubber mat. They just had a strange texture, smell and taste. Like they added too much sugar and vanilla flavoring. They just didn’t have a good pancake flavor. I hardly ever write reviews but this was a definite flop. I actually returned it to the store. They need to reformulate this product.

We used to use the Daily Chef pancake mix all the time for our church's pancake breakfasts. It was, IMO, just as good as Krusteaz. This new stuff tastes like cake mix, not pancake mix. My kids won't eat it. On top of that, now, Krusteaz is no longer available in the warehouses. Now I have to order Krusteaz online, which is OK if I'm thinking far enough ahead. I'm very disappointed.
