Terrible!!

I purchased this because they stopped selling the brand I previously have purchased and this is by far the worst pancake mix I have ever used. I pretty much am going to have to toss the entire bag...it is like vanilla cake mix & no one in the house cares for it. Bring back what you once had because I will never use this again and I do not recommend it to anyone else. Very disappointed in wasting my money.

High Demand

Family loves these. I make the mix with milk instead of water, add chocolate chips WHILE on the griddle, and let cool. Pop two or three in a ziplock, and freeze. When they are frozen, pop a stack in the Microwave for 1:30, and viola!! Great hot breakfast or dinner any time! Excellent price for the size bag!

Very disappointing

Sam's replaced thr Krusteaz brand with their own. This really does taste like cake mix and not like a pancake. Everyone in my family agrees and they did not initially know it was a different brand, but could immediately tell the difference. If you like cupcakes and syrup, go ahead and enjoy. We won't be buying this again. We bought two bags wondering if somehow it was a fluke. Nope, both bags. Please bring back Krusteaz brand!

It's edible - that's it

I used to buy they family-sized Krusteaz mix. I bought one bag of this stuff when they stopped carrying the Krusteaz. You would think that pancake mix would be hard to screw up - you would apparently be wrong. I finished the bag because I hate waste, but I never bought another bag... I buy the Krusteaz stuff elsewhere.

Best mix

I bought this item because it is at a great price for quantity and quality. When I first opened the bag, it smelled like cake mix. They taste delicious and I am able to achieve fluffy pancakes. They last a while unlike the small boxes that you'll pay double for by buying over and over.

Member Mark pancake mix

I bought this huge bag of pancake mix because my grandkids love pancakes. The first time I made them I was immediately turned off by a strange taste that I didn’t like. It’s hard to describe but a sweet, weird taste that isn’t normally in regular pancake mix. I was going to toss it but the grandkids still eat it. Will not be reordering!

great taste and texture

I’ve tried a lot of pancake mixes and many recipes. I’ve also bought about 3 of these bags so far. The taste and texture is the best of all the mixes I’ve tried. Some of the reviews state gummy or not fluffy pancakes. This is more likely a user error. Over mixing and too much water will ruin your pancakes.

Make waffles and freeze

I love having this big bag handy. I bought a Dash waffle maker and I make several batches of little round waffles all at once, put them on a cookie sheet, freeze first and then stack them in a bread bag and back into the freezer. Whenever you want a couple just pop them into the toaster! Oh, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract into the mix and when the waffles in the toaster you can smell the vanilla heating up, yum.
