I was pleasantly surprised! I bought this to make waffles for a waffle bar and these are my now fave brand for waffles! I haven’t made pancakes yet but I’m sure they will be delicious!

At home just myself the whole family or a pack of scouts boy or girl any large group too don't even need to crack and egg and great fluffy pancakes or thin it down for crepes waffles add some oil works great!

This is the only pancake mix I will buy. During quarantine it was out of stock and we substituted with a few different brans. None were the quality as this brans.

I use milk (richer batter) and add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ripe bananas to give the pancakes an almost "exotic" flavor. Everyone loves them. Can make a batch and refrigerate to have a quick breakfast handy to reheat.
