Love the pancake mix, but the packaging is not as advertised. The resealable pouch does NOT reseal. So I have to place it in another container to keep it fresh.

Pancake mix is too sweet out-of-the-box. My recipe is 1 cup of Pancake Mix, 1 cup of white flour, half cup of powdered skim milk. Try baking in a Ninja Foodi-Grill at 375 F.
