Members mark products are generally very good, however this one is an exception. When preparing the mix it smells like cake mix and this is the way it tastes also. Way too much sugar for pancakes/waffles. Change the recipe or bring back Krusteaz to my warehouse otherwise I have to go to Cosco.

I purchased this pancake mix by mistake thinking it was the brand name version that has similar packaging. When I realized my error, I figured I would just doctor it up to make it better. While my normal boost tasted great, I ran out of batter and in the interest of time, just mixed it as required. My family was blown away by this batter without any special additions that are touted across the internet promising to improve box mix to homemade. In full disclosure, I always use half milk and half water, but even still, this pancake batter is phenomenal and I will purchase it again in the future. I highly recommend this pancake mix to anyone who wants a delicious and simple to prepare pancake. Enjoy!

I was buying the Pioneer Sweet Cream pancake mix but when I couldn't find it in my local Sam's anymore my boyfriend picked this out. I didn't get the sweet smell everyone else seems to be complaining about. I stuck my head in the bag and got a disgusting plastic smell. When I dumped it in a bowl, it smelled like flour. This stuff made the most bland, disgusting pancakes I have ever eaten. There's not enough syrup in the world for these things. At least I got to tell my boyfriend "I told you so". Members Mark food products don't seem to get the best reviews.

There are better pancake mixes but none as cheap. Not a big fan of this one. The mix smells sickly sweet. The pancakes I made were fluffy inside but very tough on the outside. I'm not a fan of the fake vanilla flavoring. I will try to learn to love this stuff since I have 10 lbs of it but I'm fairly certain it's going to end up in the landfill.

These pancakes are absolutely delicious. I would definitely compare them to name brands. The smell of the mix alone was indication it was going to be good. You can taste a hint of vanilla paired with Sam's Club organic maple syrup yummy...A Must Buy especially for the price!

THIS IS MY 2ND PURCHASE OF 10 LB. BUTTERMILK PANCAKE MIX...{OF COURSE, SHARED 5LB WITH DEAR FRIEND}. IT IS INCREDIBLY MOIST. THE BATTER RISES WITH NO NEED TO ADD EGGS. I EVEN TRIED HOLIDAY EGGNOG WITH BERRIES= SOOO DELICIOUS & SWEET. SO AFFORDABLE COMPARED TO STORE BRANDS AUNT JEMIMA, ETC. TRY SOME TODAY!!

The mix is a good consistency and fluffy but it is so sweet it tastes like cake batter. I recently made vanilla confetti cupcakes for my daughters b day and this pancake mix tastes just like it. It?s just way too sweet for pancakes or biscuits or any kind of meal other than dessert. I love members mark stuff this just didn?t work

we like the members mark, it tasted good enough and my kids liked them, but now the only I can find is this members mark, it taste bad, they don't rise so it taste and look like piece of rubber, I had to add eggs, milk, baking powder and butter for it to cook a little bit better. Please bring back the members mark brand or improve this one.

This pancake mix is complete… justa add water which makes it ideal for the kids living in my home. They ALWAYS want pancakes! The price is unbeatable and the quality and taste are great. It’s the first item i head toward whenever I go to Sams Club. You won’t be disappointed!

I had been looking for Bisquick pancake batter and decided to try their store brand. I did not care for this mix, I felt like it fell short of flavor and volume. I was not quite able to make the light and fluffy pancakes my family and I enjoy. Nonetheless, I used the package but went back to Bisquick.
