We try to use this as an alternative to aluminum foil when ever possible. Works great on a cookie sheet in the oven when cooking fries, chicken patties, and such as that.

I have used this paper for a long time now and it has always worked very well; whether baking or just wrapping cheese which prevents mold when open pieces of cheese are stored in the refrigerator.

We use parchment paper for everything from cakes and cookies to… Well, any darn thing baked on or in a pan. It makes cleanup blissfully easy, doesn’t affect the taste, and doesn’t require a nonstick spray as does aluminum foil.

Love this, use it all the time from roasting vegetables, baking frozen foods fish, shrimp homemade granola. It keeps cookie sheets clean and fell like it makes food crispier. It’s a must have . Wish they had had it in store like they used to.

We do a lot of baking (including oven fries) and this works very well. Even though we use no oil on oven fries, they don't stick. We consider it better than a silicon mat!
