Damaged or defective item: Request a replacement

This item arrived damaged. One of the 2 bags had been leaking. The box was soaked through (soaked the box underneath as well, but that item wasn't damaged). One bag is usable.

Bag is too big for holder

Hey Sam's Club, It would be cool if the last 4 bags I received weren't too big for the holder. So that I didn't have to sit there for 15 minutes to pump out the soap into my hand and all over the floor - Thanks for the extra work!

Convenient

I would give it a 5 but the refill doesn’t fit It’s too big. I have to squeeze out most of it or use it manually before inserting it into the dispenser.

THIS SHOULD BE ON SUBSCRIPTION

This item should be on "subscription". The dispenser is (which makes no sense). Please add this item so it can be shipped on a regular basis to businesses.

Does not fit, different formulation

Been using this item for years and all of a sudden, they dont fit in the dispensers. plus the smell is different and the feel on your hands is different, what happened and what are we suppose to do with all thee useless refills??

The smell...I can't take it

I can't get over the smell. How does that not seem to matter to all of the good reviewers, or were the ones I received spoiled? I didn't know soap could spoil but if it does, this is the smell. I cannot stand it.

Useless

The soap is good but sometimes hard to put in. We have a number of these in our restaurant but cannot find tefills in the store which makes them useless.

After 3 days Ive finally got the dispenser to close. Their R&D department must all be chuckling after Sam’s demanded a cheaper price from Ecolab. “Oh sure, we’ll agree” Won’t fit & lousy smell just like everyone else has so stated.

Difficult to load the soap bag

Why is it soooo difficult to laod the soap bag ? I had to poke a small hole in the top of the bag to release air, and then put tape over the hole. I thought I was gonna break the whole thing !
