This is a great addition to your cooking arsenal. We add garlic to almost everything because this is handy. There is no peeling, chopping or crushing. Just spoon in. Cost is phenomenal and not a bunch of added ingredients which seems almost impossible nowadays.

This was my go-to garlic for years, but no more. They've changed it so that the container has much more water and less garlic than it used to have. Also, they've made the same container out of thinner plastic, so the threads in the lid don't nest properly anymore, and it's no longer air or water tight. It leaks all over with the lid screwed on all the way, and I had to throw out my favorite sandals because of this defective container. Thanks for ruining my shoes and making my whole fridge stink of garlic, Sam's.

I should have read the description more closely. I had previously gotten dried minced garlic and did not notice that this was in water. Had to order 2, which is a whole lot of garlic for one person, but the minced is more flavorful than granulated. I really like garlic, so guess I will be looking for recipes using lots of garlic!

Save yourself from having to peel and chop fresh garlic. I love having the Minced Garlic on had for all my cooking needs. This container is large but we seem to always get through it and have it be as great as the first teaspoon. Once you have Minced Garlic so easily accessible...you find yourself using the garlic a lot more. Delish!

When I bought this product I already loved having preminced garlic on hand for tons of different foods. I use it a lot for Italian, Mexican, Chinese, etc. foods, along with things like marinades, chili, casseroles, gravies and sauces, soups, stews, meat dishes like roasts and other slowcooker meals. I was only going through about 8 oz a month cooking for 1-2 people a majority of the time so I thought it was silly to buy one so large, but with rising food prices those 8 oz containers at my local grocery stores are now nearly the same price as this is, so it made it worth it. This is the same quality product and lasts us many more months. I kept the seal and always make sure the garlic is submerged like you would keep pickles and it has stayed quality three+ months in. Almost time to buy a new one to have a backup so we never go without!
