Separation is a real problem. Have to stir the mixture every time you use it.

The first one was open and partially dried out

Not what I expected. Very oily, tastes more like oily,dry peanuts. Will not purchase again.

Keep the lid tight, store it upside down, the oil will stay in the nut butter.
