I used the chewable biotin for about a year and had great results with my thining hair and brittle nails. I tried to reorder and they out of stock, so I purchased these. They work equally as well and they are a pill that I can swallow. I do not like chewable vitamins. I have recommended these to my friends with similar hair and nail issues

I forgot I purchased the members mark biotin.. This is the first time I have done so. So far I like it but time will tell.

This is a good value for the money. There were a lot more pills versus a bottle bought at a nutrition store for a similar price.

I like using the biotin pills. Honestly if I didn’t get almost a year worth grown Sams I wouldn’t take them. Very expensive else where.
