I had a lot of hair shedding & thinning for about two-ish months after having covid. I have been taking 2 of these each morning for about 3 months now. I've really noticed a difference in my hair filling in and has grown some in length.

I have no idea what I’m taking. The bottle contains two different pills. Both are in a clear capsule, but one is brown and the other is cream. I’ll stick with the name brand.

STOP! Do NOT take this product. After taking one capsule a day for 6 days, I broke out with a red, itchy rash that covered my entire jawline, down both shoulders and shoulder blades, and my entire chest area. It was horrible! I had never had this happen before when taking Biotin. I immediately stopped taking it. After ten days of treating it with Cortisone 10, and constantly applying a heavy layer of body cream I am left with brown crusty scabs on the entire area. The skin on my face and upper arms also peeled off like I had had a Chemical Peel. After researching , I found this reaction is common with taking to much Biotin. I am going to contact Sam’s Club about this product.

Seems to be a very good product. It has regulated the growth of my nails. Ridges and irregular areas are smooth since I have been taking this.

I have been taking these biotin supplements for over a year (during COVID) and I'm amazed at how strong my hair and especially nails have gotten! I would definitely recommend this brand!

I used the chewable biotin for about a year and had great results with my thining hair and brittle nails. I tried to reorder and they out of stock, so I purchased these. They work equally as well and they are a pill that I can swallow. I do not like chewable vitamins. I have recommended these to my friends with similar hair and nail issues
