I forgot I purchased the members mark biotin.. This is the first time I have done so. So far I like it but time will tell.

I just started taking it. But I like that I only have to take one capsule a day and not 3 or 6 like some other brands.

This product is horrible. When I started using it, I developed some brown hand spots that were very big on my hands and occupied the entire hand. After I stopped taking this product, the hand spots went away

I use Biotin for quite some years now. Hair healthier and nails longer and stronger. Till using these. My nails are the worst they have ever been. Not much growth and very brittle. My hair also brittle.
