Horrible!!! My cat's face became raw when we started using this. I've had her at the vet to get a shot. They said it was clearly an allergic reaction. She scratched at her eyes and ears until they were raw. No other changes in her diet, etc. Im not surprised since it's so dusty. Horrible!! Do not buy!!!

I have been using this product for years. The new and improved version sticks to the box too much. Also sticks to the scooper. Not as good as the old version. Clumps are better however too difficult to get out if it hits the sides or bottom of the litter box.

I only bought this brand because my usual Brand will not ship to my house and I have 3 toddlers so I can't just run to the store anytime I want. It's terrible I changed the entire litter box on Friday with all New litter and by Sunday when I got home from a getaway the smell was terrible. Never did that with freshstep litter in the past.

I wish there was a Zero rating! I have been buying Members Mark litter for years. I bought my last one. It claims to be a new formula, and it seems that they added 30% dust to it. It made a mess when I poured it into litter box, and the dust choked me. It does not live up to the Members Mark standard, unless Members Mark now mean lousy products. Let me know when you get the old supplier back.

I just bought this cat litter two weeks ago. I was so amazed that when my cat used the bathroom, I didn't smell anything. My cat has a dome litter box, I was so stunned that I had to put my head inside the dome to make to convince myself that I did not smell any bad odor or strong ammonia odors. This is way better than Tidy Cat which left strong odors. I could tell she took went to the box. It lumps very well and is easy to remove. I don't have to wear a face mask when cleaning her litter box. Don't know what these other folks are talking about, but this is the best cat litter I've ever used and will use it again.

I appreciate your notifying me of your sales items. I didn't need the cat litter yet, but it was worth ordering now since it was on sale.i was so pleased the delivery was so prompt and the delivery company you used was delivered by the driver, who was so polite and accommodating.

I bought this because I thought it had been improved, but I think that banner is deceptive and has been on the bucket for quite some time. The litter became large sticky blobs of clay-like material clinging to the sides of the pan. We went through the bucket quickly. It was quite disappointing, and we'll go back to the trusted name brand options.

I haven't purchased the member's Mark cat litter in several years, but decided to try it today. I bought 2 buckets. There's no improvement. STILL doesn't clump well, very dusty and powdery, and OMG! when your cat uses it, you can really smell cat urine. It's like announcing to everyone that steps into your house that you have cats! Although, Fresh step is twice the cost, it is 100% more superior than the Sam's club brand

Tried this despite my previous negative experiences with Sams brand (Members Mark) products. I normally use Fresh Step but tried this because the container was far easier to deal with then the FS bag. Wow, what a mistake. If you pour this into the litter pan inside the house, be prepared to wear a dust mask, take a shower afterwards and to dust the entire room. Looks like a Southwest dust storm. NEVER AGAIN. Doesn't Sams quality control the products under their brand name?

I have been buying this litter for a few months now and for the most part I am very happy with it, but I was having the problem of it not clumping and then I read some reviews and they said to add more litter and then it will clump. So thanks to that review I gave it a 5.
