I don't even have words to describe how unhappy I am with this litter. It is so dusty while scooping, there is a literal dust cloud in my face. I have white paw prints all over my house from the two days we've had it and a thick layer of litter dust on all of the furniture near the litter box. It does nothing to hide odors, if anything makes them worse. I have to scoop every single time my cat uses the litter box to keep my house from smelling, while with any other litter I scoop once a day. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. Highly, highly unsatisfied.

The cat litter clumps well, better than the little bit more expensive litter I've been using, but it does nothing to help with the smell. I clean my cat box daily and for only 1 cat. This litter helps not one bit with odor. Clumping great, odor not so much.

I bought this litter over 5 years ago and just recently got it again, and it is NOT the same as before. It no longer holds the urine in a single clump, rather it breaks apart and everything mixes around. Also, there's soooo much dust!Absolutely horrible. I'm hoping I can return it and get my money back. Greatly disappointed since it used to be my preferred brand before.

I purchase quite a bit from Sam's Club. I have tried many Member's Mark items, and loved them, but this litter is a nightmare. We have 1 cat, and we clean the litter box every day. EVERY day there is a layer of dust all over my laundry room after we clean it. The litter absorbs none of the odors, and the clumps fall apart as soon as we try to scoop them. I tried this litter because of my history with their products has been great, the price, and convenience. I have never had to return an item to Sam's, but money is very tight for me right now, so I decided to use the satisfaction guarantee they offer. I ordered this item and paid for it online, but picked it up in store. However, they will not do my refund online, I have to go to the store for it!! I am going to contact them again, because I need to order good litter, and I need the refund in order to do that. I hope they don't let me down again........

Bought this a few weeks back to try out. The dustcloud created pouring in is massive and lingers in the air for a good while. Even after sifting through it for minutes (with a medical mask on) to get it all out, its not enough. For days my poor 8yr old rescue Leia came out with watery eyes after covering up. Until now, get this.. she stopped covering. Yeah. 8 years of being "a cat" doing what cats are known for, centuries of instinct, and she now denies a felines "urge to bury the bad smell" because of this litter. WOW. I will gladly pay more for another brand.

We have been buying this litter for at least a year but they changed the formula. It does not clump any more and the cats won't use the box because it doesn't stay clean. It may scoop, but even that is not good. It was great before but now it's just cheap litter.

I have bought this product for several years. I scoop out cat's litter daily and had always been happy with this product. This last couple of purchases; however, have turned me right off. I had always chosen this product because it was effective and economical but since it no longer works, I will buy it no more. It produces excessive dust and the urine no longer clumps and is not scoopable.

I have 3 cats and decided to try something a little cheaper than the normal tidycat stuff. WOW won't do that again. We clean the box two times a day and still the smell was over powering. Not worth saving a few dollars when it doesn't control odor at all. Only good for cleaning up the oil in the garage ( I hope since I bought 2).

I have used this cat litter for 4 years and loved it until they changed the formula. There was a "new and improved formula" logo on the bucket. The new litter is not at all like it used to be. The litter now has a strong offensive chemical smell, and it no longer clumps, and also no longer masks the smell of cat urine. I am disappointed that Member's Mark changed a quality product into something that I can no longer use.

First off, it is extremely dusty! Pour it in and get assaulted by a cloud of dust. More importantly, it doesn't clump at all and it doesn't control odor! Whenever I scoop it I have a hard time breathing because I feel like they just added an obnoxious amount of mint smell to try and hide the odor, but all it does is burn your nose. I will not be buying this again!
