delivered order was missing 2 items. i had to contact CC a couple of times (they had issue at first with their system) to request my refund for 2 missing items.

This 42-pound container of litter is such a bargain compared to other available litters including bulk. I used to pay about the same price, for about a quarter of the litter, at other retailers. Best of all, my cat approves.

Only downside to this product is somewhat dusty, and very heavy. As a 62 year old, I'm not able to get this product in my vehicle. My husband has to be the one to move it.

This litter just basically turns into mud in the litter box within a day or two of putting in fresh. It's so bad that you have to scrape it out of the box. Never buying again.

I was not sure after reading the other reviews but thought I would try it. I have used a major brand for years and was pretty satisfied, but this clumped perfectly, had less odor and less dust. Will definitely buy again.

These heavy plastic containers did not hold up well in the boxes, as one broke open and spilled all over everything when I opened the box and lost half of the contents...

I think it's good. I don't personally actually it. My 2 kittens are ok with it, they make a mess.They like playing in it, when pouring in clean litter. I would recommend it.

We've used this product in the past & it's been fine - It absorbs & clumps well. Don't know if it's this container/batch, but it's VERY dusty and the odor (of clean litter) is Extremely strong & Not pleasant !!

We have multiple cats and use this exclusively. I don't know why anyone would pay the exorbitant prices some litters charge. This litter is the main reason we got a membership.

Not great. At all. Doesn't clump nearly as well as other litters that I have tried. But its kitty toilet paper, and I can't see spending extra money on a buying a better litter. I will continue to use it, but it definitely needs improvement.
