After two attempts and deliveries, both had defective parts.

Bought the grill a little over 3 years ago. All the burners have fallen apart and all the grates are rusted and flanking. I did keep it covered but didn't help. .

I bought this grill in 2019, always covered, all 5 burners today November 2020 are rusted and breaking into pieces. I have called the 1 888 837 1380 and no one answers for the warranty Do not buy this product

Love the grates...the multi-directional design helps prevent food from falling through. The wood chip smoker does a great job of giving that smoky flavor that most gas grills don't.

Out of the box it came with scratches and dents and poor workmanship on the edges, we contacted the number on the box and have had no response but it does the job

Bought this a month ago for Father’s Day and it’s been awesome. We’ve used it several times Starts right up, cooks food evenly, high quality grates, heavy duty steel. Very pleased with the grill!

I the only thing I would change about the grill is the smoker slot. It should be protected from what you are grilling so it isn't hard to clean. Also the smoker pieces are difficult to pull apart and put together.

I bought this grill 2 months ago. It works well except for the grates. No matter what I do to prep the grates food sticks to them. It makes cooking a chore. I usually grill year round so I am looking to replace the grates.

Love my new grill. The pullout tray for the propane is wonderful. No more contorting to get the tank in place. Grill makes wonderful sear marks and cleans easily.

We bought this grill 8 months ago, 3 of the 5 burners have rusted out. We have take great care to Clean regularly, always cover. Not worth the money. If you want a good grill, your gonna have to look somewhere else.
