I bought this BBQ about 2 weeks ago and am very happy with it so far I had no trouble building it , it only took about 1 and half to build and works perfectly I've cooked on it several time and have had no problems with the heat or anything else I would highly recommend this BBQ especially for the price, Can't beat it

I only had this grill for 8 months and it has been very well taken care of ... cleaned and covered - I went to use it recently and when I uncovered it to turn it on all 5 burners had the ring around the knob melted on - therefore the rings must be made of something other than stainless steel for them to have melted!! I called customer service and still have not heard back from anyone yet.. Very disappointed not to mention afraid of how that could happen!!

Love it. Easy to clean

I bought this less than 2 years ago, covered it, took good care of it. The stainless steel burners are crumbling, the casters are rusted, and sometimes (this after 1 year) there is very little heat with all 5 burners on. Sometimes the heat runs away with all the burners on low. The burners are rusted to the ledges, postsand cotter pins that hold them in place, so good luck trying to replace them - if you can even find them. BTW, I had to warranty the lid because it was twisted and would not close properly. That was relatively painless, and the grill as a whole worked properly for a year.

Grill OK for the first year. It has all rusted out internally...the burners, the heat shields and all other thin metal parts inside. Unable to find parts. sent emails to manufacturer and got one response that the burners were on back order..nothing more on other requests. One would think that a grill should last more than two seasons. Over 25 year member of Sam's but will need to evaluate if the benefits still exist with this kind of purchase. DON'T waste your money!!!!!

Use the grill three times. On the third use it would on heat to 210 degrees.

It's very easy to use has 5 burners for easy heat control. I would recommend this to anyone.

Well built. Half the price of a Weber and twice the size! Good stuff babe.

Can’t believe how well built this grill is for a $299 grill!
