Purchased almost 3 years ago, the cooking grates, gas tubs, regulator (had to be replaced year one) and 2 wheels have to be replaced already. This grill as all my prior are under a covered porch and always covered. To fix / replace parts would be the same price as a new one. Also good luck locating the parts. The only thing I can say which is good about this grill is the exterior still looks good, I guess it is because it is located under a covered porch and covered all the time.

I purchased this grill 5 summers ago. I have received great results with the grill and the side burner. I use this grill all the time during the summer months and at least once or twice a month during the other months. I did replace the porcelain grates back in May 2019. I had no problems ordering and they arrived around 6 days after ordering. Less than $40 delivered for 3 replacement grates. Customer service was very helpful and courteous on the phone call. Perfect for grilling with the family

Used about 6 times since I've bought it. It heats up real nice and cooks evenly. Very well built and easy to put together. Happy with my purchase!

The burners are all yellow flame after 2 uses and they get worse after each use, Dont waste your money The grates are terrible Very dissapointed

I’ve had this for about a month now. Works well and looks nice. The only thing I do not care for is that the temp knobs are all plastic.

Had it for three years - All of the inside parts are shot. Tried to replace them however, it is cheaper to by a new one - And not for Sam's.....
