This grill exceeded my expectations and is a delight to use. It heats evenly and has made grilling a joy. If you aren't handy, you may want to have Sam's assemble it for you, there are a lot of pieces to keep track of, but the directions are clear if you aren't easily intimidated.

Really nice grill. Had to wait weeks to use though due to a manufacturing issue (side burner shelf bracket was welded on backwards). Good customer service but took two weeks to get replacement. Haven't been able to use much to give review about cooking.

Bought this for my July 4th picnic. When assembling, the front left wheel bolt broke off in the frame. Picnic that day so I could not return. Other than the bolt breaking the grill itself is very sturdy and worked extremely well for the picnic and since.

Bought this grill a month ago and love it. It feels well made and sturdy like the weber grill except it wont break the bank. I researched alot of grills and this one is "hands down" the best one except if you want to go all out and buy the name "weber". Easy clean up unlike the tru infrared grills that take forever to clean.

I owned an earlier model of this Sam's grill and loved it. It lasted for 7 plus years and I only had to replace 3 (of 4) burners in that time. It did not get super hot but with the side searing station that did not matter much. I was looking forward to a long and happy relationship with the new version but sadly it is not to be! First of all this new model gets very hot very fast! That is the good news about the grill. The bad is I have owned it for 20 days and it is already rusting on the side tables! If it is shiny it will soon be rusty! I never post reviews about products but this one is so pathetic that I thought I should go on a rant and post a warning about this piece of junk! I tried to post some pics of the rusty bits but that did not work. This is also my third attempt at posting a bad review but the Moderators are not allowing them to be published.

This is a great grill. Were happy with it even though when we purchased we had to make 2 trips to Sam's for unseen Major damage's on inside of box done by a forklift blade. The box was perfect with no holes whatsoever when we bought so was not expected when we opened to assemble. Once stand was purchased we opened the grill to get wheels and seen that the door had been struck hard by a forklift on the back portion and would not line up to close right. Had to take back actual grill/hood portion and replace with new one from another box and then another trip later that day to get the last piece installed which was the grease catcher tray which was bent almost in half which we didn't see till we took off the paper cover. ugh Somebody looks to have repackaged contents and put in a new box from factory so not blaming Sam's as they had no way of knowing as did we. They did give us a $20 dollar gift card after we asked to be compensated for our trouble of making 2 needless 20 mile round trips but felt like it should have been more and settled because we was exhausted from the whole ordeal . Overall the grill cooks and heats great. Has a smoker tray to put chips in for lite smoking, just wish it was on the end instead of the middle and would be more useful for longer smoking. Was easy to put together and has wheels that are very maneuverable to wind changes to avoid smoke. Would give a 5 star rating but the shenanigans done by factory repackaging a damaged unit prohibits this. Hope if you get one it is damage free.

I don't normally review products, but I am so disappointed that I decided to share. Our grill works fine and is decent for the price in terms of overall use, but within a few months of purchase, despite being covered religiously when it is not in use, the paint is coming off the door and the one side of the frame. When the paint comes off, it rusts. This grill will have a very short life!

Wow, going into third summer and burners are unusable. They started having larger holes by the end of last summer and now the hot spots are just too large to use. Very disappointed, would of thought Sams would sell a better product. Truly a waste of money.

Disappointed! We bought this grill last weekend during a one day sales, $50 off. Though it was a great deal, we were not entirely happy with what we received. Well last night finally got to putting it together only to find out the upper part of the grill was damaged. The packaging was completely intact so it is obvious it was packaged AFTER it was damaged. We went online to see if there were any in stock at our local store to see if we may be able to exchange it and we see that it is out of stock online and in store. So much for the great deal if we received a damaged product.

I purchased this grill 5 summers ago. I have received great results with the grill and the side burner. I use this grill all the time during the summer months and at least once or twice a month during the other months. I did replace the porcelain grates back in May 2019. I had no problems ordering and they arrived around 6 days after ordering. Less than $40 delivered for 3 replacement grates. Customer service was very helpful and courteous on the phone call.
