I have taken Member's Mark Sublingual Vitamin B12 5000mcg daily for a few years and find it to be a quality supplement.

I have used them for years. Very easy to take. Pleasant taste and they have brought up my B12 levels.

Hate throwing away money, but just can't get past the level of sweetness in this tablet. If you like sugar in your coffee, you might try using one of these in it instead.
