I depend on SAMS to supply quality because as a consumer how do I know if B12 is of quality or not....I purchase it based on the confidence I have built over the years that SAMS provides good quality...

I have researched Vitamin B12 and the different formulations. The sublingual Methylcobalamin form is a higher quality, more readily absorbable form. I’m so thankful I can find it for a good value at Sam’s Club.

Members Mark Vitamin B12 5000 mcg may be too high a dose on a daily basis. Alway check with your MD first. It is water soluble but can still raise blood levels.

I buy most of my vitamins from Sam's Club. They have a great variety of name brand items to select from and the Member Mark Brand is exceptional. I love the large quantity in each bottle.
