I was diagnosed with low vitamin B-12, I hate taking shots, when I saw this, I had to try it! Thank goodness you had it! It's been a life saver for me. Once a day is all I need and you can let it dissolve in your mouth letting it absorb into your system. I'm no longer deficient in B-12. I'm right where I should be.

Taste good, they dissolve over having to swallow and you only need to take 1 a day so this bottle will last over a year

After reading all the info about this product, I will never purchase it again. Label reads that it is a product if China!

While the vitamin is good the bilingual delivery thing takes too long. I would prefer a pill or capsule to swallow

Love it. My nervous system was affected and caused a b12 deficiency that was affecting my sight I started taking this pill daily and my sight improved.
