i enjoyed using this product because it really helped me with my sleeping so i took two an hour before i usually fall asleep and to my surprise it worked . i would recommend this product to anyone with the same problem.

These gelcaps really help sleep when you are hurting and need to rest. Take about an hour before bed. Always seem to help. Great price compared to others.

Works great but you need to make sure you have at least 8 hours to sleep. Any earlier than that, you might feel groggy when woken up, even with like a heavy head. I like how it helps with minor back ache while sleeping.

Member’s mark acetaminophen PM Gelcaps are as good as Tylenol PM, at a much lower cost. The diphenhydramine component will make use drowsy but not any more than the brand name. Gelcaps are very easy to swallow.

Wasn’t sure how this would work to help with sleep but it really does work and no tired effects in the morning. Within an hour after taking I am off to dreamland.

Though I haven’t purchased this type product, it came in handy after a long day working in my yard. 1 gelcap gave me a restful, pain free nights sleep. I will definitely keep these on hand going forward.

I have been using acetaminophen pm for years due to osteoarthritis. Member’s Mark works very well, and is cheaper than the National brands. I really like the value of this size bottle.

I've used Advil PM for years. Just tried this instead and it works much better than the Advil PM did at helping me sleep. Not to mention it's much less expensive.
