I have chronic insomnia and normally have to take something to sleep. Best value for the money!

This product works without side effects. Tylenol pm doesn't.

I have been using this product for years. I placed an order, a week or so ago. It is impossible to open. I received a refund. I ordered again, and again, I cannot open the bottle. In the meantime, I ordered a Walmart brand, and will return this one to the store. First I will ask them if they can open it!!

Rapid release or not? Seems to be a good value and work as it should. But like walmart and everywhere else. Is it rapid release or not. Nothing on bottle or in description, but shows in photos.

I take this as needed: never had any side effects. Helps me get a restful sleep without being disturb. Worth a try. Usually I take 30 to 60 minutes before going to bed.

Every time I used these I went to sleep quick, but woke up the next day with a headache, tired, and feel awful for the entiretyof the day. It is a lie that you feel rested in the morning. I would wait days weeks or months before taking just ONE of these, and I got the same effect each time. Only buy if you want to punish your body, especially your head, in the morning.

I love these because they actually help me fall asleep and relax my body when i have pains.

Works great, go to sleep fast and if you wake up during the night,have no trouble going back to sleep .

I took this product for 10 months and never considered it could be this that was making me feel terrible. I sae the reviews teo days ago, changed to Tylenol p.m. and a complete difference! This product should not be allowed to be sold!
