After a long weekend of extensive yard work I was very thankful to have this product on hand. Sore muscles and seasonal allergies were the result of a very lovely lawn & colorful flower beds. After taking the recommended dose just before bedtime, I was pleasantly surprised by a restful sleep. The rapid release gelcaps worked quickly and effectively - thankful to have this product on hand.

I received this for free to review. I was having trouble sleeping and would wake up every 2 hours with cramps in my legs. After the first night of taking 2 of these before bedtime, I slept for 8 hours straight. I've been taking them every night for about a week now and have had no pain or cramps in my legs and sleep all night without waking up several times.

I used this product for 3 nights in a row. I was sore from working out and working in the yard and had trouble sleeping. The first 2 nights I relaxed and slept very well throughout the night. But the 3rd night I woke up all jittery and had to get up and move around. I need to be careful using this product too many nights in a row.

I'm a regular user of PM products and this is a great alternative to the brand I usually buy. I wasn't sure about the gelcaps at first, but I actually prefer them to the powdered national brand I'd been using. They work fast with no lingering side effects. I wake up refreshed.

I took this as directed and found myself having one of the best night's sleep I have had in a long time. I appreciate the size of the capsule - making it so easy to swallow (I struggle with some of the larger pills/capsules ). Definitely comparable to the brand name product also being sold

I normally take acetaminophen for aches and pains. I also use diphenhydramine as a sleep aid. I found that the diphenhydramine can give me muscle cramps and pain. Taking both together alleviates this. So now I can just take two of these before bedtime and get a restful nights sleep.

I got this a few days ago. I had been having some pain in my body and was having a hard time sleeping. I took this product and I was able to fall asleep fairly quickly and had a full nights sleep which I have not had in a while. I would recommend this product.

Great product, Just take them about 2-3 hrs before you lay down for actual bed. Haven't really noticed a decrease in back or hip pain when I wake up, but for the price of $10 375 pills compared to Equate $10 for 100 pills. Yes, the Equate is 50 mg of sleep med, and the MM is 25mg BUT you're still getting what you need plus the Acetaminophen 500 mg
