These seem to work fine when I need them on a sleepless night.  I just don't use them very often.

Wrong item.  Nnot the regular extra strength

When you are over tired and need a little help falling asleep. I worked many hours and would still have work in my head. I was worried about taking these so I asked the doctor and she said that they would be just fine. The best deal I found was at Sam’s Club.
