They seem to work as well as the name brand. I tested how fast they dissolve, in comparison to the name brand fast release. I put both into warm water. Both were disolved in less than 10 minutes

Nice price when it was available. Worked well for headaches and pain. Sams seems to stop carrying some great products for no reason. If I have to go elsewhere for the items I like then my membership fee becomes unnecessary.
