I know adulterated olive oils are routinely sold as 'pure.' My concern was that this oil was adulterated, because it is affordable, so I refrigerated it. Adulterated oil will not solidify, this did. I will continue to use it for its health benefits, and taste, while saving money.

This olive oil is a staple in my kitchen and a great value for it's flavor and quality. A part of a healthy diet is to have a small amount of olive oil everyday so i go through a lot of this. I use it in my homemade Italian salad dressing, in top of fresh steamed vegetables with some garlic powder and a tiny bit of Himalayan salt, in my homemade spaghetti sauce and so much more!

This is a delicious olive oil, and organic as well which is an important factor in my decision to buy most products. It has such a nice flavor that I have completely taken away melted butter for my popcorn (I know, sacrilege!); instead I use this olive oil. This makes my popcorn delicious and so much healthier for my body. Of course I use it for other foods and love it. I hope they keep stocking this.

I have bought this a number of times and will continue as long as the exceptional quality and taste exists! I use it for cooking, dipping, drizzling, flavoring with garlic, basil, butter, thyme, tarragon, hot pepper, others, and etc, Don't hesitate! Buy this EVOO!.

When I first started buying this, it was just over $10 & over a short period of time the price has almost tripled! Been using this product for a long time & still 100% satisfied with the product, but pricing is soon to bring my using to an end & will have to find an alternative!
