Good olive oil for the price. Try this easy recipe for an authentic sauce: cover the bottom of a saucepan with olive oil (about 1/4 inch); on LOW HEAT (important!) add 4-6 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 tbsp of red pepper. Let that slowly infuse for about 20 -30 minutes (keep on low so the garlic does not burn). Add 2 cans of tomato sauce (we use Sam’s Club tomato sauce) and turn up heat slightly to simmer for 20-30 minutes. The oil and the sauce will separate at the beginning but will come together in a velvety sauce at the end. Add to Rigatoni pasta

Great standard extra virgin olive oil, especially if you use a lot. Can be used for a wide range of things.

I'm not a professional chef but I have a pretty good sense of flavor. That said, I can't distinguish a difference between this product and a more expensive imported olive oil without a side-by-side comparison. If I can't tell the difference without an A vs. B comparison, I feel that I don't need to worry about the quality of the food I cook with this olive oil. The only consideration is that it takes a while to use such a volume of oil which could result in rancidity after long storage time. I have found that keeping it in a cabinet away from light and only opening the bottle to fill secondary containers keeps rancidity to a minimum (I don't smell any hexanal when opening the bottle after storing a while).

NOT GOOD FOLKS, I have olive oil in frig, real olive oil should turn into grease in frig. Its still runny. 2 nights in frig so far. I will let go one more night.

0 stars for Sam’s Club packaging as the box was way too big for only 2 products including this olive oil as there was not enough bubble wrap around the evoo bottle so I received he product with a squashed bottle neck. Of course the box gets thrown around in the process of delivery so that doesn’t help. But if SC packaged it better there wouldn’t be any issues.I tried to post a photo with no luck. 5 stars for product
