We've used these for years with no problems, but now they leave tiny bits of paper residue on your hands and face. It took me a couple of days to figure out what was going on. At first I thought I had beard dandruff, haha. Anyway, they're terrible now and I won't buy them again.

Have bought these for years and loved them but in the last package they were changed. Paper is tissue thin now and not very strong or absorbent. The napkins in the package are all misfolded and wrinkled. Folds are off by about 1/2" on most. Will be the last time we purchase these.

I've been buying these napkins for years and have always been pleased with the feel and texture of them. About a year ago I started noticing that the feel of the napkins felt more like paper instead of a softer feel and while it's a little annoying, I still was please with the napkins. I don't know what's going on but I just purchased a new package of the napkins and the feel of them is even worse than before which is starting to get ridiculous. I don't know what's changing and if it's due to cost savings but I'm not going to use napkins that feel like paper. This is sad as I really enjoyed the cost and quality of these napkins in the past. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on these anymore.

I've bought these napkins for years and always loved them. Something very bad has happened to my favorite napkins. The packaging didn't change much, but the napkins inside were horrible. They are too thin and fall apart easily. I can just imagine trying to wipe jelly off my child's face with this flimsy piece of paper. There would be of napkin all over. I'm so unhappy with the change in product quality. Never buying these napkins again.

I have purchased these napkins for several years from Sam's. This time, they were all out of stock in stores in the entire metropolitan area. So I purchased them online. The napkins have changed since the last time I bought them in store. They are more plasticy feeling, like cheap, less absorbent napkins feel, and are TRULY less absorbent!! Huge disappointment. I'll be returning them. Yet another product being added to my list of "Post-Covid Products with Inferior Quality, Higher Price, and/or Lower Quantity".

Quality has changed. Thinner, break apart more easily, more lint. They are not horrible, but compared to what they were whatever was changed was not for the better. Been buying these for years and won't be anymore. Would have gladly paid a little more for the product if it meant keeping the same quality.

This is a complete waste of money. Like all the other reviews, I agree, this product has drastically changed for the worse. A quality product has been cheapened and obviously not quality tested. Great disappointment. I want my money back. It is so bad, the product should be recalled.

This product has changed in the last year. They've downgraded the materials, I'm sure to cut costs, and the napkins leave white lint fuzz fiber pieces all over your face or hands or counter. Essentially you need to wipe off whatever you just wiped off with these napkins. Complete shame and waste of your money!!!!

I specifically bought these because they are a little thinner and cheaper than some dinner napkins. They are just right for putting a kid’s sandwich on, or leaving at the table for all the messy little fingers during meals. I wouldn’t set them out at Thanksgiving Dinner, but they are great for everyday!

I have bought these napkins for a long time and they have always been very good quality. BUT the last purchase I made was horrible. Sam's has obviously changed the manufacturer and these napkins are now not worth it. They are very cheap and flimsy, leaving white residue on anything they touch. I will not purchase these again.
