I've bought these napkins for years, but the last pack was different. They weren't soft and absorbent. Now they feel like crinkly crepe paper and just smear stuff around.

I’ve been buying these napkins for years because they were thick and just a great product. Just about a month ago I noticed how it’s gone to a cheap manufacturing! The napkins let out so much lint, it’s unbelievable. I went to wipe my mouth and lint was everywhere. If you’re wearing any dark clothing, keep these napkins away, you’ll have lint everywhere! I WOUKD NOT RECOMMEND… The after-mess is not worth the price. Very disappointed with Members Mark.

The new napkins are definitely not comparable to the previous manufactured ones. Although these newer ones are softer, they are not durable as before. They flake easily leaving a residue on your hand or mouth or whatever you wipe. Previous version of these "improved" were similar to paper towel quality. They definitely did not flake, could withstand more wiping and cleaning. Please revert back to the past product. 2024 version is not great at all. These are similar to discounted brands.

I've been using these for years and they were fine. I opened up a pack the other day and immediately noticed how thin and flimsy they have become. I don't know what corporate genius came up with the idea to turn these into a piece of useless junk, but if it were up to me, he would be looking for a new job right now.

I've been buying these napkins for years and they were good quality, the last package I bought the napkins are very different. Using them for anything causes the napkin to turn into lint, pieces of napkin everywhere. They have become very cheap quality and will not be purchasing anymore.

These are not the same napkins I've been buying for years. They fall apart and spread lint. And they don't dispense in my upright napkin holder. They stick together and you can't grab just one without several coming out. It's very strange. Something is definitely different in production. Won't be buying any longer.

These used to be wonderful! They were so much better than most name brands. But, I just bought a new package today and they have changed. They are now crunchy and very paper like, instead of cloth like. Definitely not as good as before. They have a different pattern embossed in them too. I will not be buying them again. I tried to attach a photo, but the app kept giving an error
