These napkins for the longest time were our go to napkins, now however, I dread whenever we buy them. Before they were solid napkins, now they are softer, but leave behind SO MUCH lint. After a few wipes I can feel the napkin leaving behind all this lint on my lips, my beard, and then when I look down after a meal see it all over my shirt link i had been out in a snowstorm. Please switch back to whatever method/formula you had before because this new type is horrible.

Because I have a flip phone I couldn't bring up an app to let someone know I was there for my pick up order and no one answered in customer service when I called to let them know I was there. I had to flag down someone outside. I ordered pick up service because I have bad knees problems and cannot walk into the store to shop.

Poor quality…falls apart

Not soft

These are the best Napkins ever. The very best ones that are more better than any other napkins I have had. These I like most because they are strong & thick just like it says on the package & this by is very true. I would use these all the time & not no other kind of napkins that are cheap & tear up when you use them. These napkins don't tear at use & it'd what & why I like the most about these napkins when they don't tear at all. I really Thank you for the very best product of these napkins.

These are decent quality napkins, certainly about middle of the pack. They are relatively well textured and absorbent. One reviewer had stated that these napkins are equivalent to the Bounty brand napkins, which is why I purchased these. I would say that is not an accurate description of these napkins. These napkins are less textured, more paper like, and not as soft as the Bounty napkins. These are certainly fine napkins, but the quality is a bit less with the Member's Mark brand.

My sister just ordered one for me last week. Sams Club why? Please the quality has changed. First, it feels as if there is some sheen on the napkin, then after you use it there is so much lint on your hands and mouth so that you need to use another brand napkin to remove the lint. I have been buying these napkins for years now. Please pay attention to your manufacturer. Something has changed and not in a good way.

The last two packs are horrible!!! Very thin cheap and do not absorb. Sam's is changing at an alarming rate adding many many "members mark " brand products which are cheap and don't compare to the name brand they once sold. The price for their brand is about the same price I used to pay for brand. Their products are mostly members mark now. VERY DISAPPOINTING and not quality!

I have bought these many times over the past several years, and I had never had an issue. I bought most recently in September 2023, and the quality is terrible. They disintegrate as they are used. The napkins now leave white flakes all over my hands and face.

For a while Sam’s Club was not stocking Vanity Fair Napkins, so we purchased these. These would be fine for a large picnic but compared to VF have a rough feel and feel thin. Can’t question the value of quantity for the price but not to my liking even for every day use.
