I have been buying these napkins since we joined Sam's in 2020. We never had any issues with them and I was so impressed with the price. Last pack I bought was terrible!! You wipe food off your mouth and leave white shredded lint in its place! They were absolute garbage. I was hoping it was just a bad batch and not Sam's trying to save money but putting out a junk product. We just opened a new pack and so far so good!!! Definitely will purchase again and really hoping it was just a bad batch and it will be smooth sailing (or hands and face wiping) from here on out. 😁

Ive been purchasing these napkins for over a year and loved them! Fam/Friends even started buying them . The last 2 times I was hoping I got a bad batch, nope the thickness is gone as well as the absorbency. I have a half pack of the original napkins and you can see the difference to these new cheap ones. Sams should at least let customers know they are receiving lower quality for the same price. Never buy again.

Been buying these for years, and in the last few months they've gone from really good quality to very poor quality. Might as well go to Taco Bell or McDonald's and grab a handful of their paper napkins because these are now about the same quality. Thinner, less absorbent, just not what they used to be. Like most things these days. Lower quality, higher price. Won't be buying these anymore.

I have been buying these napkins for YEARS! I always loved the quality and the fact that they were very similar to name brand napkins for a much better price! NOT ANYMORE!!! Now they feel like the cheapest quality napkins you can buy! They stick to one another when you try to remove one from the napkin holder! They are thin and flimsy and ultra soft like a tissue or toilet paper! I will never buy them again unless the better version is brought back! So disappointing!!!

These napkins are BARGAIN priced WITHOUT being cheapskate quality,these are affordable even for events & large families.They're pleasantly soft & very absorbent and reasonably thick.This is the ONLY brand I personally use,it's saved me a LOT of money without sacrificing quality.(:

I loved, past tense, these napkins. Great quality at an affordable price. However, the last time I bought them, I noticed the color on the package had changed, kind of made me wonder. I got them home, put them on the shelf and noticed they didn't take up nearly as much space as they used to so I went online to see if they had 2 kinds or changed them. All of the recent reviews stated how bad the new MM napkins were. Thank goodness I looked into this further so I wasn't stuck with 1200 worthless napkins, I brought them right back to the store.

Been buying these for a few years. Suddenly, the texture us not smooth, and they are thinner. I can't put them in a napkin holder any longer, because if you try to pull one napkin out, the napkins next to it pull out also. There used to be a sheen to them, and softness.

I have bought these Member Mark napkins for many years. I WILL NOT BUY THEM AGAIN. Something has changed with the makeup of these napkins. They literally fall apart. You are left with white napkins pieces on your face, clothes, etc. Your manufacturing process has changed and now they are unusable.

Overall, a great product, however, the quality of the product is inconsistent. Inconsistent in quality. Some orders are so thin that they shred immediately when coming in contact with liquid. If you have a mustache, keep a mirror handy. This has happened many times, therefore, I will kindly report this issue to Sams.

First time buying these. Soaking wet these napkins did not fall apart, they still held together to wipe off the grime on the plates before putting them in the dishwasher. We got them for everyday use instead of using up all our "nicer" Vanity Fair napkins. These are perfect for the cookout dinners out on the patio too. We will buy these again.
