I will have to say the quality of these napkins has definitely gone down. One dry and it’s tearing, I’ve bought this brand for many years and they worked great just this last time I actually returned I was getting frustrated when pieces would get stuck to my hand when drying..

I like these napkins. Good size, good quality, and good price. Larger napkins may be more decorative for special occasions, but daily use of these don't seem wasteful or that I am throwing away a lot of paper that didn't get used. The thickness is just right our uses.

The product is fine! Due to my physical problems, I get delivery on some items that my husband either cannot find in store or are too large to carry in one trip into house. For the third time I had a delivery marked "delivered" that was not. It seemed to be stuck somewhere. Customer service was very efficient and accommodating and duplicated the order for me, and I received the napkins the next day. I think Sam's Club needs to look into the delivery services they use . It will save them money, time and grief of having to duplicate orders that "get lost" somewhere.

These napkins are great! Our five year old and eight year old don’t like to use a napkin for more than one wipe. With Sam’s club, we get a large quantity (great for the kids!) of napkins with a quality closer to Bounty (great for the adults who understand that sort of thing).

I buy these because I like buying napkins in bulk at a good price. They’re better than the typical store bargain-brand napkins, but they’re not premium napkins by any stretch. But they do the job at a decent price point and I’ll definitely continue to buy them.

I've been using these napkins for a few years now. In general, they're good everyday napkins. They're not thick, but not super thin either, and their absorbency is sufficient for everyday needs. They're a really good value for everyday use, but I wouldn't use them for a fancy party.

Great product. The best in quantity and quality. Must more than I was expecting.It isnt thin and it isnt hard. You know how some products hurt your face..well this one doesnt do that. Its soft but not the kind of soft that leaves behind fibers of paper.

We have always used these products before and are very satisfied with them. The quality and quantity have always met our needs as a church. I just recently learned that we could have most of our purchases shipped to our location since we are Plus members. That saves us a lot of time and money since we are so far away from your location. I would not be ashamed to use these napkins for company at dinner. They are pretty and look like they are the more expensive brand. These Member's Mark 1-Ply Everyday Napkins are strong and very good quality. They are even strong enough to wipe grandkids mouths.
