I've been buying these napkins for years and they were good quality, the last package I bought the napkins are very different. Using them for anything causes the napkin to turn into lint, pieces of napkin everywhere. They have become very cheap quality and will not be purchasing anymore.

It seems that they have changed the process and/or materials used to make these napkins. I have bought many packages of this item and this last purchase was terrible. The napkins leave white "fuzz" everywhere. I see other reviews stating the same thing. I will not buy these again.

I've been buying these napkins for over a decade. I just received my most recent order and I found that they are now made smaller and thinner for the same price. They used be square and were the same size as my napkin holder. Now they are a full 1-inch smaller and more of a rectangular shape. I won't buy these again.

What happened??, Been buying precious versions for years. These if your hands are wet, fall apart, rip into pieces, ect. Agreed Like the others say. So, I say why is it every items gets less quality these days. Wondering if they will return to previous version??

Quality has changed. Thinner, break apart more easily, more lint. They are not horrible, but compared to what they were whatever was changed was not for the better. Been buying these for years and won't be anymore. Would have gladly paid a little more for the product if it meant keeping the same quality.

We used to love these napkins. They were the only ones I would buy. They were thick and high quality. However, I just purchased these and they are definitely not the same quality. My whole family, kids included, have remarked on how bad these napkins are. They are thin and flake apart, getting all over our faces and clothes. My husband, who is usually very frugal, hates them so much that he said he would rather throw them away than keep using them. It's a shame that the company felt the need to cheap out on the product. I would have paid a little more to keep the quality the same. Now I will NEVER repurchase these.

Have bought these for years and loved them but in the last package they were changed. Paper is tissue thin now and not very strong or absorbent. The napkins in the package are all misfolded and wrinkled. Folds are off by about 1/2" on most. Will be the last time we purchase these.

Rather pay more the quality is poor

Delivered and left in the rain. Due to bad packaging napkins were soggy and unusable!

Too small to be a napkin.
