I have been using this for 3 years and never had a problem. Keeps coffee hot up to about 8 hours.

The dimensions are wrong! I specifically made sure this would fit where I wanted to use it, but it’s listed as 13 inches in height. The correct height is 16 inches! Please fix it!

This thing keeps coffee hot all day! Discovered this by accident at my office when I thought coffee from the morning meeting would be cold, pumped it, it was still perfectly hot! Had to buy one for my home.

I have 3 air-pots that I bought for my food truck for 4 years +. They are still working like new. I had a brand name one as that also worked well. But why spend double the amount. Value can't be beat!
