We ordered 3 airpots. They came in a large box without packing material and 2 out of the 3 were smashed. They're not available in store so I guess I'll have to try again

When I turn it upside down, it leaks a lot. It probably can’t keep coffee or tea hot for long. The lid’s build quality is poor. I’d rather spend more and get something of better quality.

It was a good product, until the glass vaccum interior exploded while washing. Anyone else had this experience? Why does this happen? It doesn't seem like a safe product.

I had to return it since the lining had marks and no one could tell me if that was a lining defect or normal. Purchased online, returned at local store without problems.
